This project involved the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a mixed-use development incorporating co-living accommodation and ground-floor retail. The building comprises 55 co-living rooms supported by a commercial tenancy at street level. Designed to meet the growing demand for alternative housing models, the development provides flexible accommodation options while activating the streetscape with retail space in Gosford’s evolving urban centre.
