The building comprises three basement parking levels, commercial floor space, a dedicated church hall, and 43 residential apartments. Designed to accommodate multiple uses within a single vertical development, the project contributes to the ongoing growth and densification of the Burwood CBD while providing contemporary residential living above an activated commercial and community environment.
