Completed in 2018, the Tilia project involved the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a five-storey boutique residential apartment building in the heart of Epping, one of Sydney’s fastest-growing urban centres. The development comprises 37 generously proportioned apartments offering one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. Each residence features contemporary interiors, European appliances, and ample storage. Residents benefit from secure underground parking across two basement levels, while the building’s modern architectural design provides a comfortable and well-connected residential environment within close proximity to Epping’s commercial precinct.
