Delivered in collaboration with Collard Maxwell Architects and Cloverland Property Development, the Forest Grove Apartments project involved the demolition of existing structures and construction of a five-storey boutique residential development. Located on Epping’s sought-after east side, the building comprises 37 contemporary apartments with secure basement parking. The residences feature light-filled interiors, open-plan layouts, and refined finishes that incorporate natural materials for a timeless aesthetic.
