The Horizon project involved the demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a part six- and part seven-storey mixed-use development. The building comprises 67 residential apartments, a ground-floor retail tenancy, and three levels of basement parking. Designed to contribute to the vibrancy of the Maroubra town centre, the development integrates residential living with street-level commercial activity. Contemporary architectural detailing and thoughtfully designed apartments provide residents with modern living spaces within a well-connected coastal suburb.
