The Scenic project in Rockdale involved the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a nine-storey residential apartment building. Located approximately 550 metres from Rockdale train station, the development includes 60 residential apartments, basement parking, and communal rooftop open space for residents. The building is elevated toward the north-west to maximise natural sunlight and cross ventilation throughout the apartments. A carefully considered combination of materials, textures, and colours allows the development to blend subtly with the surrounding urban environment while maintaining a distinctive architectural identity.
