The Brick Lane project involved the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a part 7 and part 3-storey mixed-use development designed by award-winning architects Dickson Rothschild. The building comprises six ground-floor commercial tenancies and 50 residential apartments, supported by secure underground parking with lift access for residents. Architecturally, the development features a refined material palette including off-form concrete, brick, sleek glass balustrades, and black window framing. Rooftop terraces provide communal recreational spaces with BBQ facilities and expansive views across the surrounding urban landscape.
